I think you have gotten some misinformation. It will cost about the same, but due to energy savings will be cheaper in the long run and may have up to 4 inch walls not 24 inch ones. It would take a long time with shotcrete to get that thick of wall.

The last pole shift was 780,000 yrs ago. The flooding the will occur will be from the faze the sun is in heating up the earth (as all other planets are being done too now) and melting the ice caps causing water to rise in the oceans. The pole shifts have been 4 of them so far in millions of years...

Can we see what you have? I'm sure it must be something really super great with all your comments you made. Unless it takes a direct hit the steel won't melt around you and it will be protected from gamma with the 5 foot of dirt over it. I believe it will also have the filters needed...

This is an earthberm structure and not underground. It will save alot of money on heating and cooling. It will be very nice in the location it is.

It looks like a PBS building "kit" that the owner puts together.

If you would be kind enough to show you actually using the mortar/cement on the trusses and also information on the keeping moisture on it to cure, along with finished structure, that would be great. In other words building it from start to finish.
