It´s normal!!! I was scared , but i found many videos about this ´´problem´´ so it must be normal , because bd drive reading data from bd disc, my xbox 360 S doing the same noise while isn´t game install on hdd,...

it´s normal Blu ray drive only reading data... I search information about it in youtube and tell my friends ... all say that´s normal sound...don´t scare :-)
