I took a trip to London in July for the first World Traceuse Gathering...(4 weeks after dislocating my left elbow grrrrrr hence the black wrap I'm wearing on it most of the time). I didn't videotape as much as usual, was trying to train more than tape...so of course now wish I would have taped more....will just have to go again next year ;-) Huge thanks to Liv (Flame) for organizing it while she was recovering from a broken foot, and was great to meet everyone and train all around London!!!

I also took a solo trip to a session at the Basingstoke gym where you will see I did a lot more taping than training :) was very tired & sore by that time, but had a great time all the way round. Who is in the vid?? (in order of parkour/freerunning, if you are in the vid and your name isn't listed, message me and I'll add you! -I'd rather do that then get names wrong, esp all the guys wearing black at Basingstoke)
