FYI you don't need the ";" to end every command at the prompt. Also "sudo su -" is redundant, you can get the same effect using the "sudo -i" argument. You can read the man page for sudo using "man sudo."

I'm trying to work on my high kick, I'm glad to see what anyone else is doing. We also use a slow controlled kick for training, and it's very tiring quickly.

I think the point is that these "new" method is inferior to measures already in place. So the question is really what happens when they fail, and more bombs go off?
