THE "MACEDONIAN LANGUAGE"
During the period of the ottoman occupation, in Macedonia lived mainly Greeks, also Jews, Turks, Slavs and some other minor nationalities. These different ethnic groups were destined to interact either for trade or population movements. The main difficulty for socializing though was communication. What emerged from this need was a MIXED IDIOM consisted from all the languages that were spoken by the DIFFERENT ETHNIC GROUPS. This idiom was different from area to area according to which ethnic group was dominant. This idiom never substituted the national languages but rather complimented them. The Slavs ofcourse had THEIR VERSION of this idiom dominated by Slavic words mainly Bulgarian BUT ALSO WORDS FROM OTHER ETHNIC GROUPS AS WELL. After the creation of the "Socialist Republic of Macedonia", Tito for his irredentist purposes used the fact that many Slavs who moved to Yugoslavia from the area of Macedonia spoke this idiom, and his "scientists" proclaimed it as the "Macedonian language". Later after the creation of FYROM more "specialists" further expanded a theory that this idiom which was created during the ottoman era was in fact a distinct ancient language spoken by the "ethnic Macedonians".
THE "MACEDONIAN ETHNICITY"
As mentioned before In Macedonia used to live and still live Jews, Turks, Slavs and some other minor nationalities. All these people are found and mentioned in Macedonia THOUSANDS OF YEARS LATER than the Native Greek Macedonians. These people call themselves Macedonians but only in a TERITORIAL sense. Much like Slavs, Turks, Jews living in America call themselves Americans but they are not NATIVE Americans. They all belong in different ethnic groups. There is NOT and NEVER was a distinct Macedonian nation. The term Macedonian since ancient time is used to describe locality/territory NOT ETHNICITY. The term "Ethnic Macedonian" is actually a creation for political reasons. This term implies proprietorship, is egoistic and unfair not only towards the Greeks who are the dominant ethnic group since ancient times but towards all people who live and lived in Macedonia long before the so called ethnic Macedonians
THE "MACEDONIAN STATE"
Before the socialist era the area now called FYROM was called Vardarska banovina, Вардарска бановина literally meaning province of Vardar, a province in the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. The early Socialist Republic of Macedonia is the Creation of The Communist Croat Dictator Tito used to reduce Serbia's dominance in Yugoslavia by separating a territory formerly considered Serbian, to eliminate the ties of the Slavs living in Macedonia with Bulgaria and above all TO JUSTIFY FUTURE YUGOSLAV TERRITORIAL CLAIMS TOWARDS THE REST OF MACEDONIA PIRIN AND AEGEAN in the name of the "liberation" of the region. This way Yugoslavia and thus the communist allies MAINLY USSR would manage TO GET ACCESS TO THE AEGEAN SEA.
