Alibi Ike
Rock cover band Alibi Ike was founded early 1995 in Belgium by Jan Swevers (guitar), Stef Hendrickx (vocals, guitar, keyboards), and Katia Dombrecht (vocals). The band was originally created only to have fun playing music together with a few friends/musicians. A few months later Dirk De Wel (bass) joined the gang. After a long time of searching and organizing auditions, guitar/keyboards player Erik Huyberechts and later on drummer Dieter Peeters (ex-Coco Spirit) were asked to join.
Alibi Ike has ever since given new impulses to their repertoire - and the band sounds better than ever! The powerful guitar sound, the remarkable vocals, and the ever impelling rhythm section make Alibi Ike a compact, driven unity that is bound to make everyone have a great time.
Alibi Ike is THE live cover band for parties and events, both small and large! The band threads the best Studio Brussel(*) rock songs of today and the recent past. This results in steaming hot live gigs that will affect any kind of audience.
