in pikmin 2, I was fighting man at legs when he put out his machine gun and started firing. I had one leaf that was lagging and got shot, but lived. I then put him with the rest of the pikmin to rest.

something you should of mentioned, you can face the illusion bosses as many times as you feel like just in case youre bored. The only downside is that you have to do the dungeon all over again. I figured this out when i wondered what would happened if you entered the boss door a second time.
