@janas19 You can't keep your "head on a swivel" with your weapon up all the time. Keep it at the "low-ready" and bring it up when you accquire a target. It is all about situational awareness.

@starkoo1 Bodybuilding is a tough sport as well, you should give them credit. The same goes for Powerlifters. They are all athletes, and to become pro takes an incredible amount of dedication, discipline and hard work.
