I lived in France for nearly 10 years and spoke fluent French but it really is very difficult to lose the English accent...no shame at all Jane...I understand, and I also understand why it is difficult to remember the "le" et "la" .Bravo Jane...you never lose your dignity !

The pictures are really shocking...I'm not sure if the other kinds of killing animals are more "humaine"...it's enough to make anyone think about becoming a vegetarian. My mother ate kosher meat all her life and I always wondered if the animals suffered.
