@trafficdodger thanks for your appreciation..Just wanted to add that I had the opportunity to confirm my observation again this year at the 24 Hours of Le Mans 2011, there at the Tertre Rouge but also on the edge of Arnage curb at 2.00AM! My first time in Arnage at night...It was Just UNBELIEVA...

Too bad you could not do the same kind of work in different part of the track, like shifting down sounds before strategic curbs...Indeed, the kind of "Harley" sounding engines are. I believe, Oreca's LMP2 with Judd engines, they sound more like former and early 2...
