There was no mention of killing all Muslims - and a clear distinction was made between Islam and Islamo-fascism.

Further, those crusading fanatics in London were promising amongst other disgusting things, acts of terrorism against 'all' who insult their faith.

Unlike incidents of lightning, their behaviour is by no means accidental or natural to civilised human beings and because they have brought these problems here, we are free to address them accordingly.
