if you take a fuzzy, pixilated image and then sharpen it up, it pronounces the effect more...
But here's the thing, I saw the raw footage and documented it in this video.
Then I saw a photo of Richard Baker with round pupils (and blue eyes?)
http://media.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/politics/congress/... so I figured the video was a lighting effect until I found that he has developed a medical condition called cat-eye syndrome. BUT this begs three very provocative questions (read carefully): 1. Can it be "photoshopped" if I saw the raw footage? (unless CBS photoshopped the cat eye in...) And 2. If it was a "lighting effect" then why would he say he has a "medical condition"? and 3. If he has a "medical condition" then do ALL the people in these videos (
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ksPtnQmq2dc ) showing this cat eye have that "medical condition" or is it just HIM that has the "medical condition" and the rest of them have "lighting effect"?....... think about it.
Remember the trial, convicting, and excution Copernicus for proving that the Sun was the center of the solar system instead of the Earth? Think about that a minute. It wasn't too long ago. Whats to say our times don't have its own grand 'lie' that is being perpetuated by the same groups that kiled Copernicus -- something huge and absolutely unbelievable? And maybe we are hooked by some kind of grand lie now like the people were back then? What if Copernicus had given up his research because other people thought it was too far-fetched that the Earth orbits the Sun and not vise-versa?
So this leaves us with another question, what if its true that alien blue-bloods or shapeshifters are secretly manipulating humanity for their own gain? Do you think the Native Americans ever saw the British coming and could conceive of what would happen to their race? Whats to say that couldn't happen to a whole species?
Im trying to debunk it as best as I can but im ending up with more questions than answers.
Have you seen the movie "They Live"(1988) ?
i took this footage before it was removed from the CBS website. My theory is that if you were sitting in front of him you couldn't see the elongated pupils.
http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2008/07/15/cbsnews_investi... (that has been removed)
What I do believe is its either one of three things 1. Photoshopped, 2. Lighting or digital rendering effect, or 3. Real (if the pupil condition is real then there could be a medical explanation) Unforutnately, theres too much pointing to more questions. I was leaning torwards digital graphic rendering effect until i saw this raw footage, now im not so sure since its fairly high quality video.
