I found this quote from Mark Twain the other day:

.........thanks for that Mark. It takes courage to cast off our bowlines of the safe and the known and sail accross our own unique ocean of life.........but just one deep breath, one moment of trust in ourselves......and we can discover what lies deep down on our own ocean bed.....

Love every breath you breathe, and love yourself a little more each day. Wonder at the stars in the blackness of night, and ask them to throw down to you that silken ladder in order that you may climb up to them........and from the stars, maybe onwards with that most precious of travels; the discovery inside yourself.
