Emerging Leaders College provides Bible and leadership training in a missions driven, education oriented, practical learning environment. ELC offers a 64-hour Associate of Arts degree in Bible & Theology from Global University and discipleship training from the Teen Challenge Emerging Leaders Program. The Students are all primarily Teen Challenge graduates between the ages of 18-25 with a HS diploma or GED.
