The European Kung Fu Organisation (EKO) is dedicated to preserve the heritage of Chinese Culture, especially of Traditional Chinese Kung Fu (TCK).
In our curriculum you find different traditional styles from highly renowned teachers from Hong Kong:
Mantis (tang lang), Hung Fut, Eagle Claw, Hung Gar, Choy Mok.
We cling to the ideals of Master Huoh Yuan Chia, who founded the Jing Wu School 1909 in Shanghai:
the cultivation of body, mind and virtue.
Sifu Holger Heek runs the central school in Cologne (Koeln)/Germany.
