ok so i tried this and it did not work on my hair.. it will not hold the curls at all.. i let them sit for a minute to cool off but the fall right out.. i have really thin frizzy hair.. how do i get the curls to stay?

i tried this and my hair will not hold the curls.. it stays curly for maybe 5 minutes but bu the time im done most of my hair has wen back to frizzy and strait.. how do i get my hair to hold the curls?
