Findings of the official Cain report: under 31% of the IRA's kills were civilains (this 31% includes prison guards, royal family, politians etc) , 60% of brit army kills were innocent and 85.9% of loyalist kills were civilains, the UVF also killed 4 years before the IRA remerged in 1969.
