About this user

I take notice in how I commit myself to future achievements, for fear of past events. I assure you being disappointed is always a possibility with me but a large part of failure consists of admitting it. Therefore there is no advantage in seeking culpability and broadcasting my mistakes. If in the future my proficiency is diminished, I will use what little aptitude is left to me and try and keep my integrity intact.

Sometimes I am cautious with information and purposefully reluctant to reveal the full extent of what takes place. I put issues of cooperation and tolerance ahead of just blind obedience. In the basic nature of things I put people before ethics. Furthermore I believe consensus building emphasizes the areas of agreement rather than those of disagreement, part of doing this involves showing areas of understanding vastly out weigh areas of argument, it is an issue of focus and proportion, if this means suppressing some aspect of the subject at hand, its a judgment call that I am willing to make.

How difficult it is these days to communicate something that is remembered for an hour let alone valued. Therefore the purpose of this memo is to invite those of you who are considering it, to be resolved and take this to represent a golden opportunity for us to build and make real our hopes for the future...

Im basically a serious person, but with a fine sense of humor. A loner by temperament I nevertheless have a talent for being with others. I prefer people whose intellect equals mine but Im never unkind to those who dont. Im very sensitive but tend to maintain a stiff upper lip in difficult times. I sometimes feel insecure but I can mask it so that friends see me as confident and outgoing. Im meticulous and a perfectionist but any kind of overabundance, will bore me. I crave adventure but Im far from being irresponsible. I have a complex nature with wide-ranging interests and a great ability to focus all my energies on a single task.

And above all, Im of Finnish Descent.
