i am the cap of ASA(AGAINST SPAM ALLIANCE),there are lots of people having dark desires to have accounts just to spam people they hate , but people on net are basically mentally weak having the past of their failure in the real world and escape from reality.
if those kind of people mentally weak are spammed,ofcourse they hurt way more than normal people and in the baddest case,they got crazy ,which is a complete crimes.
but polices don't seriously tackle with those kind of spam fellows
