About this user

I have been training in Martial arts, yoga and meditation for 11 years. I trained traditional Wushu, Shaolin longfist, weapons, chin na, Cheng-style Bagua and yang-style tai chi from Master Jung of Hou,Tx. I learn taoist yoga or the art of Dahnhak(science of energy) from Master Ha Young Kim. I presently studying chen-style tai chi from Dr. Xu of Hou,Tx, and Boxing with Murafa Enzor.
