    It's a typo - the name of the tune is "Au Privave", written by jazz saxophonist Charlie Parker. I don't know what it means; you'll have to dig for that yourself :-)

    I've noticed that I can't obtain the correct gap with my SRAM derailleur too, and then discovered that it is supposed to be set with the chain off.

    Yes, it was on Windham Hill '86 and the Ric Burns Ansel Adams soundtrack, but the song is "Marias River Breakdown", composed and performed by Philip Aaberg.
