Are you a working teenager? Do you know your rights?

Every year, thousands of working teenagers and college students enter the workforce unaware of their rights. This leads to the inevitable reality that many students are faced with harassment or discrimination in the workplace.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) intends to make a change. As the agency that enforces federal anti-discrimination laws, the EEOC is currently on a campaign to educate as many youth as possible on their rights. Know your rights, spread the word, and help make a difference.
