Your argument is flawed. As a lawyer, I can assure you that England exists as a seperate legal entity within the United Kingdom, and that entity is refered to as a "Country" in English & Welsh Law, in Scots Law, in Northern Irish Law, in EU Law, and the law set down by the UN Charter, Article II ...
