Step Two:
Create a Google Gmail Account.
Then link this Google Gmail Account to YouTube Account.

Step Three:
Configure your YouTube Account to "Notify" you by "Gmail" when

someone has Subscribed to you.

Step Four: Create a "subscribe" label

Click Labels
Manage Labels
Replace the words "Create a new label" by
Typing [subscribe] in the white field box and then Click [Create]
You should notice that the label was created in the left column of

your Gmail window.
Click on the [down-arrow] beside the subscribe label to change the

color of the label.

Step Five: Configure your Gmail Labels
When you receive a "Subscribe Notification"
Click it to open the notification, then click on
[More actions] and choose "Filter messages like these"

One:
From Field: Type "service@youtube.com"
without quotes.

Two:
Subject Field: Type "* has subscribed to you "
no quotes.
Click [Next Step]

Check the Box beside "Apply the label" and choose
the "Subscribers" label that you created in step four
Also
Check the Box beside "Never send it to Spam"
Click [Create Filter]

Step Six:
Subscribe Back to your New Best Friends

About Me:

After five years of distrusting the WCB WSIB system I finally found the proof that showed how right I was in fearing the very system that I thought was designed to protect me. Canadians, need to know just what is really going on.

I believe that Insurance Companies are forcing whole families into a life sentence of poverty when the WCB WSIB have forced the seriously injured on to government assistance by using their laws as a tactical weapon against the disabled.

On a day, that seemed like any other day
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■

(1) Worked for NON-Unionized Temporary Company. (Note: This placement promised to turn into permanent position after the standard probationary period)

(2) Worked hard over 56 hours a week (My only crime was working very hard for crumbs instead of collecting from government services until a union job showed up)

(3) I reported lockup issues with machine that forced employees to bypass the safety curtain; at the safety meeting my words were quickly interrupted and they were translated to No body is to enter the working area which is yellow painted line around each machine, except the operator. This rule did provide safety; however, our orders would also continue to produce one unit every 2.3 minutes which created a catch 22 situation.
Later, every employee on the line was given a sheet informing us that we can not refuse to work on any machine unless it is seen as dangerous and confirmed by the company. The problem is the company will always state that all accidents are due to a fault of the employee and never the machinery. Secondly, the rumor was this, (The employer was accountable for one unit every 2.3 minutes or 26 units per hour, if the units werent provided then our employer was to pay for the wages of the dormant workers at the parent company; when asked the grapevine would say something like 26 peaces x $30,000.00 covers the un-produced vehicles, and then there are 300 dormant workers each receiving $30.00 per hour; thats $789,000.00 an hour) It is this agreement that I believe that results in a lack of safety due to the fact that maintaining safe machinery has to be based on proper maintenance. The point is that it is much cheaper to deal with WCB WSIB than it would be to order the specialized parts from the German company that created the machine, and have the parts shipped and installed by the German Machine expert mechanic so the machine would run smoothly.
This is only the tip of the iceberg.

(3b) So I can not refuse to work on this machine based on safety issues since the machine has all the safety measure in place; however, since a important essential non-static component of this machine was replaced by a slab of static metal and four bolts the machine was bound to lock up, and lock up is exactly what happened. When I mentioned the safety issue when I saw people bypassing the Yellow line, and the safety curtain I was looked upon as if I didnt know how much money $789,000.00 was, but my concerns were heard and understood for a little while.

(3c) So, someone else broke the safety rules and enters the area to fix the lock up.
As a result, I end up permanently injured 24 hours a day for every day of the rest of my life, and if that isnt bad enough I also suffer through 5 years of WCB resulting in a life sentence of poverty.

(4) I have become, yet another injured worker from this Temporary Company and the owner of this Temporary Company wins awards for the most profitable and has expanding in the auto industry ten fold across Canada and into the United States in only six years. This wasnt hard to do since WCB have given Temporary Companies a temporary clause that reduces accountability considerably less, and since none of the temporary victims have union protection; they wouldnt have legal support either. Thats just a win-win for everyone but the victim. I believe that I am a victim because that line has hurt so many people that the parent auto company had moved their whole line off site, created a separate business name, and had their product produced under a temporary company and under a temporary clause. As a result, the WCB temporary clause just makes injured workers cost effective for the employer, WCB, and all the other stakeholders, This is thought out, it is known, and it is calculated, and that is what makes me believe that I am in fact a victim. And I believe that everyone that has been injured on that machine after me is also a victim.

It is my hopes that the forum will direct the "DISABLED WORKERS," but more importantly, get letters and documents out to all other government systems. I believe that the rest of the government systems still have to be accountable to the courts, and to the people of Canada.
