The 1st is ETV's "extraterrestrail vehicles" The term used at the national security agency (NSA) The 2nd is ARV's "alien reproduction vehicles", which are man made anti gravity craft that look like a "UFO" but do not actually fly in any normal areodynamic sence of the word, they are using propultion systems developed as far back as the 1920's by T.Townsend Brown, they employ what is known as the Biefeld-Brown effect that involves high voltage, electromagnetic and magnetic flux phenomena that allow an object to become weightless, levitate and move in a virtually mass free manner even though in the atmosphere of Earth. Advanced physicists in classified projects have understood this for at least 50 years and maybe longer.
