I'm on 5/3/1 for the entire year. You hit tris twice legs twice deads one day squat other day. On pushing days u do 2 push movements and two pulling movement. Same on military day. But low volume so back gets hit 3 times a week in one spot or another works out great so far.

I keep my lifts the same but every week I add at least 2.5 lbs to upper body if not 5 or 10 lbs and set my reps I want if I can't hit them next week leave the weight and hit those reps if I hit the reps then I up the weight. I don't get bored with the same lifts it's always fun always feels great...
It's mainly because 315 is not a lot of weight. Most guys that are man enough to try can usually squat 250 sometimes higher.
