    Back in the era where you could simply appear, perform, and didn't have to put on a circus. Then again, the audience seems especially restrained, even sedate. I suppose perhaps those things are related.

    @jcoll83 [[lat3llc]] did a video of that method. I noticed that the method shown by AskTheBuilder will work in more situations, but I also see why a speed square is nice when the wood you're using is sure to be within a certain size range (and you're cutting 90 degrees.)

    I've been meaning to experiment with soldering my minis too, as I've been sorely disappointed by the efficacy of glues and epoxies, and pinning is sometimes unreasonable. I'm planning to use an iron, though. Torches are just too likely to melt other parts of the mini.
