About Me:
My name is Bea Fields. I am an Executive Coach, Mom, Wife and Community Leader in Southern Pines, North Carolina. I was born and raised in Gadsden, Alabama by two great people...Anise and Turk Roberts. My dad is an architect, and my mom is an incredible musician and all-around great mom. I have 3 cool kids: Ann and Katie (Identical Twins) and Jack (age 17), and they always keep life interesting. My husband Mike is a commercial developer in the Southeast, and we live in a surreal town (Pinehurst...People ask me if this is for real, because it is so beautiful!)
I have been working with leaders and teams since 1999 in all aspects of leadership and team development, and I love this work so much...I know I will be doing it for a lifetime. I have clients from around the world...very interesting, high achieving people who want to make significant contributions to their world. I am like them in that I love to achieve big things, and I invest a great deal of time in my local community, serving the Moore County Chamber of Commerce, Episcopal Day School and the Sandhills Children's Center. I am also involved in anything that has to do with ALL Leukemia, as my daughter Katie is an ALL survivor, so this focus is dear to my heart.
Along with Corey Blake and Eva Silva, I am working on a book project at the moment: Edge: A Leadership Story: http://edge-book.com. It is one of my biggest passion projects at this time, and I cannot wait to get this message out to the world. It is very exciting indeed!
