I'm a Registered Nurse by profession. Playing keyboards and singing had always been my hobby.
I particularly like Smooth Jazz, R&B, and easy listening pop music. I mostly play by ear and will make some improvisations with sheet music. Although I admit, I'm slow in reading music notations. One of my greatest accomplishments in music was joining with my hometown's choir group(Kabataang Barangay), which won 1st place at the First National Himig ng Kabataan at the Cultural Center of the Philippines June of 1979. During my college years, I performed some gigs with 2 of my friends at Shakey's Pizza Parlor in Cebu, Philippines. I had so much fun doing the vocal arrangements at that time and we almost sounded like the Apo Hiking Society. Sorry Jim, Danny and Boboy, we just loved singing your songs.
