People do not "make up terms and phrases in writing all the time." We know only what the text means within the pre-established rules that govern it and that the reader is charged with that understanding.

The irony is that if those morons were arrested and their "free-speech" case came before the Supreme Court, Scalia would vote in their favor.

He said that people were sceaming "it's about to happen!" If true, they were flying at very low altitude. Isn't it possible to make a cell phone call in a plane from very low altitude above a major city?

Scalia said only that the Constitution did not prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex. The quote here does not say "women." The Constitution also does not prohibit discrimination against men. Scalia's statement is not incorrect.

This hit was not good, because it was helmet to helmet. The ball carrier being knocked out before hitting the ground was what made it look harder than it was.

@sirr09 No one's criticizing the pride. They're complaining about the misleading title to the video. The exaggeration is not justified just because the video involves kids.
