The Leader in Bass Amplification TechnologyFor thirty years, David (Eden) Nordschow has brought ingenious innovations to the world of sound reproduction. Beginning with high end audio, then moving to bass more than two decades ago, he has blazed a trail for others to follow on their path to Tone Nirvana.
You see, David realized that bass amplifiers back in the day were really just glorified guitar amps when, in acutallity, bass amplification is far more similar to PA amplification. He designed and engineered a new bass cabinet incorporating two of his 10" speakers and a horn tweeter. The results were nothing less than astounding: everyone who heard the new cabinet agreed it was far superior to anything else on the market.
For several years, SWR contracted Eden to build David's cabinet designs under the SWR label, and even had David assist in the design and engineering of their Redhead combo. Over the years, we've also built OEM speakers for Randall, Mesa, Pearce, Ampeg and others.
After our relationship with SWR ended, David decided the time was right to enter the bass market for real. The VT "dot" series was the first line of Eden amplifiers. Yes, it was wonderful, and many still prowl the Net and the pawn shops looking for them. However, it wasn't long before David released what would become the standard by which all other amps were measured: The WT800 World Tour. When mated with David's new XLT cabinet design, which went deeper and sounded even more authoritative, it soon earned the nickname "The Thunder Rig".
The rest, as they say, is history. Since then, David and Eden have continued to lead the industry with one innovation after another, including the XST cabinet series, Navigator (WP100) pre-amp, Nemesis series, Time Traveler amplifiers, CX combos, WT1205 high-powered two-channel amplifier and now, the WTX-260 ultra-compact amplifer. As the future unfolds, you can expect to see Eden continue its role as the industry leader. We invite you to come along for the ride. Test drive an Eden at a dealer near you. Better yet, go out to a club, concert hall or Megadome near you and hear what you've been missing. Ask Eden users about us. We're confident that, once you plug in, you'll be hooked for life. Why? Because there's nothing like Pure Tone.
Remember, when it comes to tone, live by this rule, and nothing else:
Never Compromise
