If you look closely, and I'm a Bengals fan by the way, suh didn't even touch his helmet. No 92 apepars to have slapped the helmet off of Dalton's head while Suh was taking him down. Where Suh grabs him is coincidental and I can understand the call on the field when looking at it at regular speed....
