I just came across an article on Al Jazeera about mishandling of the remains of US soldiers
in transit home. I worked on a tug in S-Vietnam in the late 60s. Later former shipmates of
mine told me about another form for abuse of soldiers remains. They used them for smuggling
drugs in to the US. One even showed me an article from Life, Look, Time or a similar magazine
about this. I searched a bit on google, and found this:
