This contest is organized by the ECOlution team from SIFE Saskatchewan aimed at fostering a sustainable mindset within all people.
REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST
The contest is declared open to projects executed entirely by anyone in the world. Members of SIFE Saskatchewan and their families may not participate in the contest. Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of the rules and regulations set forth herein. Result of the contest will be announced.
FORM OF PRESENTATION
Make a video response presenting to us your green ideas for a product or something you've already made by just reusing something instead of throwing it away. Explain to us what materials were used and how it is made. A confirmation message indicating your entry is received will be sent to you on youtube.
SUBMISSION DATES
All project video responses must be received by 12:00 a.m. April 22, 2010
PRIZE MONEY
First Prize: $1,000 (CAN)
SIFE Saskatchewan reserves the right not to grant the prizes when submissions are not reaching a sufficient level.
COPYRIGHTS
Each project presented remains the property of its author, who is free to protect his rights in the manners provided by law. For this reason, the organizers of the contest hereby decline any and all responsibility for any controversies that might arise later regarding the originality and/or ownership of the works and for any claims by third parties regarding rights in the works.
All entries must not infringe on any copyright or trademark, or violate any persons rights of privacy.
PUBLICATION OF RESULTS
SIFE Saskatchewns ECOlution team will inform contestants by email of the jurys decision by May 10th 2010.
By submitting a project, the participants grant SIFE Saskatchewan the non-exclusive right to exhibit and publish the submitted material, waiving any recompense to the exception of mention of the author.
GENERAL TERMS
By entering, participants release and hold harmless SIFE Saskatchewan from any and all liability or injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this contest.
