About Sundancing with Eckerd College
Almost every year, a small group of students from Eckerd College takes a trip to the Sundance Film Festival to learn the ins and outs of American independent film. We spend two weeks in sunny Florida, covering the history of independent film from the 1970s to today — from Easy Riders to sex, lies and videotape to Napoleon Dynamite.
Then we hit the road for Park City, Utah and the 10-day festival. We watch films, hang out, talk to filmmakers, watch more films. Even better, we post our comments and reviews and videos on the web for you to enjoy! Check out our website at http://www.eckerd.edu/sundance
