My name is Ecila, my dad wanted to name me after my sister, Alice, who died before i was born :( but he did not want me to remind him of her so he spelled Alice backwards, and that is where my name comes from :)

I was born in the US, but have moved to Shanghai recently. It is a beautiful city, and i much prefer living here. But one thing i love more than Shanghai, is indie music! With me, I brought my ipod which carried alot of indie songs I have collected in the US, and although it is hard to find these types of songs in Shanghai, my quest to discover new music is never ending!

Thats right, not worthless bands who sign contracts with blood thirsty corporations that turn the sanctity of music into cash cows!
