Las nuevas coreografías BaileActivo Evolution 6 R, es una propuesta libre, caribeña pero sobre todo para la reivindicación de la mujer. Mujeres del mundo, mujeres con tesón y dedicación levantan y tumban murallas.
La expresión desde el principio, el canto! parte fundamental en cada track, bailen, disfruten pero sobre todo siéntanse bien que el mundo l@s necesita
Recomendación: nuestro método tiene una duración de 60min. Con lo cual son 15 canciones pero aquí les dejamos 8. Es muy importante que se hidraten antes, durante y después de haber realizado la actividad. Utiliza las primeras canciones como calentamiento y no olvides estirar muy bien al final de tu sesión.
