Ok, so I'm a 20 year old student.
I have recently started counselling and CBT for anorexia and this vlog will hopefully let me talk more openly about whats going on with it all for me, and also show me some progress!
Ive been eating disordered for coming up to 8 years now and it's time that i fought back and regained some health!
