Alissa has recently relocated from New Zealand to London and is excited to bring Eat Play Grow with her! After working for several years as an Active Movement Advisor (0-5yrs) for Sport Auckland she discovered a passion to support parents to develop their children through healthy eating, movement, music, yoga and massage experiences.

In New Zealand Alissa with was part of the development of Wriggle and Rhyme - Active Movement for Early Learning which is a movement programme linked to early literacy for babies from birth to two years. This programme is now running in Libriaries across New Zealand. She has contributed to early childhood magazines, parenting newsletters, presented to Plunket and Parent Centre groups as well as been a guest speaker at early childhood conferences.

Alissa with enjoys the time she spends with the parents and babies she meets. She is honest, approachable and reliable and can't wait to meet you!
