Eagle America was founded in 1989 with the goal of providing woodworkers with the highest quality American Made Router Bits at affordable prices and we remain true to that goal today. In the beginning we were a small family business whose first catalog had only 30 pages and 700 items, most of which were router bits. We also sold most of our bits by exhibiting at woodworking shows all around this beautiful country. In those days you received your technical help, customer service, receipt and your change directly from Dan Walter, our founder! It's amazing how we have changed thanks to you, our loyal friends and customers.

A few years later in 1996 Pricecutter.com was formed to offer woodworkers a lower priced line of quality, imported router bits. In 2008 the two companies were merged to form a new woodworking powerhouse under the Eagle America name. Now with over 2,000 router bits in stock, we consider ourselves to be The Worlds Router Bit Source. Our goal is to be your source for everything router bits, accessories and even the routers themselves.

Today we are still family owned and operated but our product selection continues to grow. We now offer over 5,600 items online and in our catalog including our router bits as well as over 3,600 other quality woodworking tools and accessories. From router bits, shaper cutters and saw blades to woodworking books, plans and power tools we try to offer a variety of handy gadgets that provide solutions to your most frequent woodworking needs. In addition to our own well known Eagle America and PriceCutter brands we also offer many complementary items from some of the industry's best known names such as DeWalt, Festool, Freud, Kreg, Olson and Porter Cable. Today if you visit our Woodworker's Outlet Store in Ohio, Dan still may answer your questions and take your order in person but the majority of our friends contact us via the phone, internet or good old fashioned snail mail.
