I am an Investor in the Real Estate Market; I have been doing this for the past three years, and have found it to be a very Exciting and Lucrative Business.

My main strategy for investing is buying homes that need a lot of work and Rehabbing them back in to a new home and then selling them at Retail Prices.

I have started a new mentoring Program for Investors in the Knoxville Tn. area, where I will take an investor that wants to learn how to fix and flip houses for Profit. And Walk them through the entire process, From Buying, Rehabbing and then finding them a buyer.

So I have also started a new video series where I will Walk through one of my Rehab houses and show and teach you, some of the tricks of the trade in fixing a house, And making it New again.

I think that this is going to be an exciting new concept for a lot of New Investors out there that are considering Real Estate as a New Business.
