ok...so 720p is 1080i.....and using component cable will only support 720p. The only way to get 1080p us using a HDMI cable. And your PS3 does support 1080p. Your TV needs to be 1080p supported. And if you have a 1080p but only 60hz...well you need to have atleast 120hz or 240.

I am also doing this diet. Make sure to take your Aminos, they are what protein breaksdown to. SO...they are the superfood of protein. Technically you do eat, so that way you keep your LBM. You dont want to loose muscle. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

love the videos, lots of motivation. can you tell me if i either missed this in the manuals, or if you just leanr...i workout first thing in the morning, and i am not sure if its good to eat before i workout, atleast an hour, or to workout on an empty stomach?

yesi got it, i am doing it right now, day 11.....i wonder about the nutrition part. Like do i wokrout on an empty stomach because I working out first thing in the morning.

this is just not creatine...it has a good source of aminos, and you need that when recovering....especially glutamine.......and I can get this online for under 30...or i can just go to vitamin shoppe and get this for 33.01...i highly recomend this.......the creatine needs to be in your system.......

WTF----who ever made this ruined the video...you took the part out in the video where they are in the cab of the truck and she asks him what he sees and he says her, but when he asks her, she runs off, and at the end she is at his grave and says i see you. So taking that part out leaves you quest...
