The ePlanning Scotland website allows you to submit a planning application or appeal electronically using simple forms and easy to follow steps.

Increased and better quality planning information is being made available on Planning Authority Websites. You can view and track any planning application or appeal in Scotland.

During 2009 Local Development Plans will made available online helping to explain development proposals and areas of special protection.
