Another way to help with accuracy and power is to 1. take a bigger step forward which im sure you do but since this is just a accruacy video i understand. and 2. its kind of a bad habit to pick up your back foot after you shoot, it takes all your balance away.

his feet didnt leave the ground til he made contact which is not illegal, it was under 2 seconds, the only way it could be considered illegal is because he passed it and the dude hit him after the pass was completed. which depending on the ref will be called.
