dynamicstrength607 Hi everyone, I will be redoing the shoulder press video next week. In the video, it seemed like my spotter was lifting for me although he says he wasn't so I will redo it next week, along with a barbell squat and lunge at my max weights.

I would like to create some workout dvds that are short and effective like the ones I have made on my channel. Let me know how many of you out there would purchase them or would be interested in them. I have to research how much it would be to produce them and then I will calculate the actual cost based on production costs.
