In 2007, at the age of eight, Dylan Rachel joined the swim team for the first time. Watch her quick rise to one of the top swimmers in her age group in a very competitive region for swimming.

27.87 from a relay last year. She will get a chance to better her time at the National Age Group Challenge meet next month.

Yes, she loves her Kneeskin! She calls it "Fasty". You might get the best price online.

Does she like the fastskin she is wearing? I am thinking about getting one for Central Zones next week at the meet vendor.

USA Swimming establishes what are called motivational times for each age group of swimmers. The times range from B, BB, A, AA, AAA, to AAAA. Generally, less than one percent of swimmers will achieve a quad A time. In this meet, Dylan added three more quad A times to her extremely impressive total of seven thats seven out of a possible 11 events for her age group. Regarding your other questions: Dylan has a number of medals, but her focus is on improving her times, not really on getting medals. Her favorite stroke is probably backstroke, but she likes them all.

i have been watching dylans videos for a year or so now and what a great swim this was. Her improvment has been really consistent and she seems to have the drive and commitment to go along with her talent. I still think this kid could go a long way. congradulations
