Hi there,
My name's Martin Kay - I used to work at Granada TV in the '70s/'80s/'90s before starting ZEN Computer Services which builds video editing PCs, amongst other things.
I still like to get involved in video production-related activities - I'm available for pretty much everything including shooting, lighting, sound recording, editing, dubbing, encoding & general engineering support.
I operate from a base in Manchester, very near to the new BBC/MediaCity development in Salford Quays.
The clips I've uploaded here are a selection of little freebies and low-budget videos which I've done for people (not including family stuff), which are nearly all "one-man productions". Not always ideal at the shooting stage, but it's amazing what you can do these days with a combination of modern technology and traditional techniques.
