Hypocrisy, incompetence, indoctrination, code of silence, abuse of power, harassment, undue influence, shunning, set ups, covert racism, and discrimination are common place at universities. UT AUSTIN POLICE use informants to spy on and weaken liberal and minority student groups. BCAL and the informant system is utilized by Asst. Dean Dr. LaToya Hill. Dr. LaToya Hill is a very rude, snide, untrustworthy, and biased pest. I believe UT AUSTIN does racial profiling: also, they harass minorities and dissenters who do not bow down to hypocrisy. Employee BRUCE JEFFERS is a campus snitch. Be very careful with him. Snitching and spying are a violation of your civil rights. The Fourth Amendment makes clear that you have a right to be secure in your persons and in your files. Invasion of privacy is disrespectful and wrong.

Remember that you all have a right to fair DUE PROCESS; to collect information that pertains to you which is part of your FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS and the freedom of information act: you also have FREEDOM OF THOUGHT/EXPRESSION. NARCISSISTS that try to mob you out of a job or your college will attempt to make you believe that you are bad, unworthy, and worthless. Do not believe in their crap. You have a right to LIBERTY. What I've discovered is that some universities and corporations will collect personal information of any sort to use against dissenters and minorities to blackmail or harass. Because this phenomenon is so prevalent it is my belief that THE NARCISSISTIC PERSONALITY is widespread in our current society. I am aware of this problem at UT AUSTIN. Staff and faculty are two-faced, conniving, and they lie to sustain the status quo of dysfunction. Their hateful behavior derives from bigotry and dangerous politics. Do not trust them.

Any individual with power from your boss, to your counselor, to a group can be involved with gaslighting. Gaslighting is psychological abuse and undue influence. This is done to damage your critical thinking abilities, confidence, and self worth. Other gaslighting tactics include invasion of privacy, guilt tripping, infantilizing, mixed messages, and divide and conquering. Those abusive techniques are commonly used by NARCISSISTS, SOCIOPATHS, AUTHORITARIANS, BIGOTS, RACISTS, HOMOPHOBES, and STATISTS.

Concepts that you should be familiar with:

TARGETED INDIVIDUAL: An individual in an institutional setting that is targeted for abuse, discrimination, and Martha Mitchell effect. Information can be collected by informants so that it can later be used to offend the TI. Staged harassment and sabotage are done to force the TI out! Also called GANG-STALKING and UNDUE INFLUENCE.

GASLIGHTING - involves making harm and problems seem like an accident or a mistake.

MARTHA MITCHELL EFFECT - Using a "mental health diagnosis" or accusations to discredit a whistle-blower or a minority.

CONSTRUCTIVE DISCHARGE - Is an illegal form of work place termination when management establish a hostile work environment so that an employee of a protected class resigns. This is done to save reputation and avoid paying severances. i.e. "managing out"

DISCRIMINATION- Hostile treatment of an individual because of his protected class.

MOBBING- A combination of passive aggressive and hostile techniques utilized by a group of individuals to obstruct, harm, and oust an individual. BLACKLISTING is a form of mobbing in which an individual's name is placed on a list to halt services. Mobbing experts are Dr. Noa Davenport and Dr. Kenneth Westhues.
