Are the Star Tracker ports covered at launch? I am going to drill them out for the Revell kit, but if they are covered at launch I won't need to mess with them too much on the Monogram stack.

Well, you would think that would be a potential problem, but if you use the glue sparingly, it is okay. It did not cause fogging in this case. Tube glue might be a different story as it takes longer to cure and might give off vapors the entire time.
