the best server i've found so far is Shadowburn. (wotlkserver com)
it has 1x rates and has pretty much everything retail-like scripted.

Playing on this server for a while now, and Literally EVERYTHING is working, while leveling I didn't find a single bug yet and every singly dungeon/raid is working! This server deserves a better review, too bad you couldn't review the level 80 gameplay...
